The Cramer Mountain Architectural Control Committe was created to help property owners and their builders with the construction of their new home and the remodeling of an existing home. This Committee's guidelines have been designed to preserve the natural beauty of Cramer Mountain and the home values in the community while allowing the individuality of each home and homeowner to add to the uniqueness of Cramer Mountain.
Property Owners and builders should carefully read all CMACC documents , as well as the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Submitting the proper forms and building information will insure the timely approval of your building plans.
1. All builders in Cramer Mountain must be approved by the CMACC. Builders who have not constructed a home in Cramer Mountain since May 1, 2006 must resubmit their company information.
Please download the following document for the information that must be submitted to the CMACC.
2. Builders and property owners must complete and submit Application Part 1, Application Part 2 and an initialed copy of the Building Guidelines to the CMACC before contstruction on your new home begins. Instructions and an explanation for the the approval process can be found on the documents.
